Common questions

Not sure where to start?

Which services do I need to sell a cosmetic in the EU?

Most cosmetic products require a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR), a Product Information File (PIF), CPNP notification and an EU Responsible Person. We assess your product and confirm exactly which steps apply.

Do you handle both cosmetics and chemicals?

Yes. We cover cosmetic compliance under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and chemical compliance under CLP and REACH — including SDS authoring, CLP labelling, Poison Centre Notification and UFI codes.

Can you act as our EU Responsible Person?

Yes. Lexora can be appointed as your EU Responsible Person — the legal entity required to place cosmetic products on the EU market — and manage your compliance documentation on your behalf.

How do I get started?

Tell us about your product and target markets. We map the exact compliance steps and give you a fixed scope and price before any work begins.
