Why CLP labelling matters
Correct CLP labelling communicates hazards clearly using standardised pictograms, signal words, hazard statements and precautionary statements, as required for hazardous substances and mixtures sold in the EU under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. A non-compliant label risks enforcement action and market delays.
