Anhydrous & Alcohol-Based Cosmetic Safety Package
For oils, powders, waxes and alcohol-based products: PIF, CPSR and stability testing. No microbiological test, no challenge test — because a product with no water phase does not need them.
Three services, sized to your formulation
What an anhydrous or alcohol-based cosmetic actually needs, with an optional Certificate of Analysis.
Product Information File (PIF)
Your dossier assembled and checked for completeness in the Article 11 legal format.
Cosmetic Product Safety Report
Parts A and B, signed by a qualified Safety Assessor. Priced by ingredient count.
Accelerated Stability & Compatibility
Oxidation, separation and packaging interaction over shelf life — required for anhydrous products too.
Certificate of Analysis
Optional: batch-level confirmation that your product meets its specification.
Three steps to a complete safety file
Select your formula size
Choose your ingredient tier above and order online. No consultation call needed.
One secure intake
Formulation, packaging and artwork submitted once, for both the assessor and the lab.
Test, then assessment
Stability results feed into your CPSR. You receive the complete file digitally.
No water phase means two fewer tests
Microbiological testing and preservative efficacy (challenge) testing exist for one reason: to address microbial growth. Microbes need available water. A formulation with no water phase — a hair or body oil, a dry powder, a high-alcohol spray, a wax or pomade — does not present that risk, and those two tests do not apply to it.
What does still apply is the Product Information File, the Cosmetic Product Safety Report, and an accelerated stability and compatibility test — because every product, wet or dry, has to survive its shelf life in its packaging.
This package is those three services, at a 10% saving.

How the price works
The PIF and stability test are fixed-price. The CPSR scales with the number of ingredients in your formula, so the package price follows the tier you select above. The configurator shows each component and its discounted price before you add to cart.
Why this package exists
- You are not sold tests you do not need. Plenty of providers quote one cosmetic testing package regardless of formulation. An anhydrous product does not need microbiological or challenge testing, so it is not in here.
- Stability is not optional — anhydrous does not mean stable. Oxidation, separation, rancidity and packaging interaction all still apply, which is why the stability test stays.
- One intake, one timeline — assessor and lab work from a single submission.
- 10% saving against ordering the three services separately.
